I work with some wonderful children. Some learn quickly, some need a little more help and encouragement, but all of them have something to learn and to give.
Several of my children, but one in particular, has a very sweet demeanor. He is helpful and kind. And though he has a slight autism and learns a little differently, he isn’t less of a person. I see his potential and know that he can learn well and I know that he also teaches the other children. You see, when he’s in my class, my class learns more than English, they learn kindness, respect, and how to accept and appreciate differences, just as they are different.
I hope all the children I work with are developing more than just knowledge, but also character, discipline, and a different perspective.
Proverbs 21:3 -To do what is right and just
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
Life is more than what we give, but who we are and how we choose to live and share our lives with others…
What is my life saying? What is my life teaching?
